We Shred On-Site – Here’s How It Works
FileShred offers an onsite mobile shredding solution that enables the secure destruction of your files at your location. Any accumulation of unsecured and non-destroyed documents can put a Windham CT resident or company at risk. We will send one of our paper destruction units to your home or place of business and shred all of your documents there for you to witness. We move your papers to our truck to be destroyed in a locked 96-gallon bin that holds 300 pounds of paper. You can come to our truck and watch the blades destroy your documents on a viewing screen.
Document Destruction Options & Fees
One-Time Business Shredding & File Purges
FileShred offers business clients various one-time shredding options to have their boxed and/or loose files destroyed. If you have identified the materials to be shredded just give us a call because we are ready when you are. Our pricing structure is based on the volume of paper you are purging. There is no need to remove staples, paper clips, binders, etc. our powerful shredders will tear through them all. If you need time to sort through outdated files to determine what needs to be shredded, we can deliver secure collection containers to assist with the purging process.
Fees – We charge by the 96-gallon bin. That rate is determined by the volume of documents that need to be shredded. A one-bin minimum applies.
Scheduled Office Shredding
FileShred provides our corporate clients with an easy and secure way to dispose of their confidential business records on an ongoing basis. Our scheduled shredding solution eliminates the need for costly paper shredding machines that are prone to malfunction and waste many hours of employee time. We handle the collection and shredding for you so you can focus on growing your business. Our secure collection containers we place within your office allow for convenient and timely disposal of documents. Entire files can be placed within a container without removing staples, paper clips, rubber bands, etc. Our technicians will arrive at your business, empty the containers, and shred your records onsite at your facility. We will assist in determining the quantity and type of collection containers best suited for your needs. There is no long-term contract to sign and you can cancel service with just a 30-day notice.
Fees – Collection containers stay in your office rent-free. You’re charged by the container when serviced. The rate is based on the type and number of containers being serviced.
